Our journey began over fifty years ago, on a site imbued with history and dedication. From humble beginnings, we have grown into the largest mushroom operations in the country producing 20-30 tonnes of mushrooms each week. Unfortunately the environmental requirements of producing mushrooms from compost produced on our farm caused us to stop, we still have amazing growing facilities so we have pivoted to grow exotic mushrooms, Oysters, Enoki, Shiitake’s and NZ lions main mushrooms are what we now grow from soy and wood blends.

Our mission is simple yet ambitious: to cultivate the finest and most exotic mushrooms New Zealand has ever seen.
